I actually prefer the TBS version - it's a little less shocking. I see myself being one of the gang - you know, Charlotte, Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Amy. Astonishingly plentiful use of the most colorful of language, but still, I love. Since she's loosely based on a real person, it feeds my delusion that it's possible. I'm worse about this with movies. I wanted to be Meg Ryan's character from "You've Got Mail" for a very long time--minus the melodrama. I fancy that I could be the best little bookstore owner in any big city if I tried hard enough.
